Each year in mid-September, Kalamazoo's iconic 77 year old Barbershop Chorus, the Mall City Harmonizers, presents its annual Show, at WMU's Dalton Center Recital Hall.  This year's show, "Broadway, the BARBERSHOP Way" focuses on some of the greatest, most memorable songs from Broadway musicals over the past half-century.  In addition to the full Chorus, three quartets from the chorus will perform, as well as a wonderful young ladies quartet from WMU.  And our special Guest Quartet this year is the current gold-medal championship quartet for the state of Michigan, "HemiDemiSemiQuaver4". In early July they will compete in Orlando Florida at the Annual International Barbershop Competition for the coveted International Barbershop Championship. They are easily one of the greatest quartets ever to join our show...one that you will truly enjoy and remember for a very long time!  (The rather colorful photo in this event listing, below, is of this amazing quartet.)
