36th Annual exhibition for high school artists.
The High School Area Show is among the best examples our commitment to nurturing artists of all ages. Now in its 36th year, this exhibition offers an opportunity for student artists to have their work hang at the KIA while being eligible for cash prizes and scholarships. In 2017, prizes valued at more than $600,000 were awarded! Students who reside in the 6th Congressional District may concurrently enter the 6th District Congressional Art Competition for a chance to have their work hang in the U.S. Capitol and a trip to Washington DC. Thank you to this year's juror Karina Galvan Moore, Director of Admissions for the University of Michigan Stamps School of Art and Design.
