The Barn Theatre

The Barn Theatre School for Advanced Theatre Training promotes the concept that theatre artists, performers, designers, technicians, stage managers, directors, and art managers should have broad-based theatre exposure and experience. The school believes the exposure and experience gained as an Apprentice are the heart of an appreciative and creative relationship and comprise the core disciplines of any theatrical endeavor. Many of our apprentices have gone on to become famous “barnies” – including Jennifer Garner, Lance Barber, and many others. Often you’ll see them return to our theatre for special shows.

The Barn Theatre is a Professional Equity Theatre, with performances every summer from late May through Labor Day, and special holiday shows, too. Our patrons enjoy professional calibre shows with our cast and crew, who they get to know throughout the summer.
