Westminster Pre-festival Concert & Exhibition

Local artist and Kalamazoo Valley Professor Justin Bernhardt presents a series of works that he describes as “Eco-Expressionist.” In his artist statement, he writes: “The work draws from actual nature, with expressive brushwork and exaggerated color to show the inner world. This art embodies a celebration of life, interconnectedness, and inner expression.” Justin will be available during the event to talk about his work. Refreshments will be available.

From 7-8:30 the Celtic band, The Founding, will perform in concert. Previously known as Blarney Castle, they perform a wide variety of Celtic music. Entry forms and information about the sixth annual Westminster Art Festival will be available. This year’s theme is “Honoring H.O.M.E.S.” a celebration of the Great Lakes.
