    Crawlspace Eviction Improv Show: HLTH

Just 15 minutes of laughter can burn up to 40 calories, so be sure to attend Crawlspace Eviction’s May 19 & 20 shows, entitled “HLTH.”

“When is the last time you laughed at the gym?” asks Dann Sytsma, director of Crawlspace Eviction. “Audiences at our next shows will be sweaty from laughter. They’ll also have the opportunity to explore some healthy alternatives to sitting on a Papasan chair and eating rhubarb pie.”

Your athletes of improv for the weekend will be Bannon “The Benign” Backhus, Brian “The Blister” Duguay, John “Kidney Success” Kasdorf, Dann “Double Blind” Sytsma and Tara “Trail Mix” Sytsma.

The performances will take place in the Judy K. Jolliffe Theatre, in downtown Kalamazoo arts hub, the Epic Center, located at 359 S. Kalamazoo Mall, on May 19 & 20. The shows will start at 8 pm, with seating beginning at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $13, $10 for students. Beer in wine available in the lobby. For tickets and more information, visit
